Adopting a stress-is-enhancing mindset can improve performance and alleviate anxiety.  Scientific research has shown that short interventions that frame stress-as-enhancing can lead to a change in the body’s physiological response and better health. The aim of this webinar is to help participants alter their stress response for greater outcomes. Given the current COVID-19 crisis, specific strategies are addressed to focus on that which is within our control.
